night and day
letting you taste my day
its playfulness and joy
its open generosity
and tenderness
I shared with you my night
its demons,
vulnerability and fear
having you feel all of me
your presence alone
brought a sparkle to my stars
awareness onto the path
of my planets
and reminded me of
the power of my moon
in your presence my wholeness
began to unfold
inviting balance into my experience
touching on your night
seemed too much for you to hold
turning away from us
your only option
I wish we would dream some more
exploring together
what pulled us into orbit
