I rush into blame
I abstain
from assumptions
I refrain
from judgements
when taking deep pause
opening my heart to curiosity
drawing on the breath of stillness
finding love
in understanding
and acceptance
when clearing the debris of shadow
love always re-emerges
no matter what expression it chooses
what form it takes
between you and I
