solitude
I am cultivating space inside
where only I reside
in joy
in pleasure
in presence
still in movement
and moving in stillness
sharing serene calm with you
the place inside I make my own
accessing the not doing
seems simple and a treat
a re-treat to re-member
bringing back home my fragmented selves
softening in the delight of being
quietens my intrusive thoughts
and waves of uncomfortable stirrings
expanding time into ease
